Closed on all statutory holidays and weekends.
Walk-ins are welcome during showroom hours. For online pick-up orders, please select “Local Pick-Up” under shipping options at checkout. Allow 24 hours for your order to be processed before picking up, or call us to confirm readiness.

All domestic shipments are fulfilled by Canada Post. Estimated transit times are business days and may vary based on your location and Canada Post operational timelines.

Note: Adhesives are temperature-sensitive. During extreme heat or cold, we strongly recommend selecting Canada Post Express (2 days or less). LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. will not exchange or issue store credit for adhesives when a non-express shipping method was chosen by the customer.
Delivery Confirmation & Liability
Once delivery confirmation is available, LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. is no longer liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping and contact information.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery for your protection. Please ensure packages are delivered to a location where you are available to sign. To reduce the risk of theft, we recommend selecting a secure delivery address or enabling signature-required delivery.
Tracking information is sent to the email address on file. Please keep your account information up to date.
Back Orders
We strive to maintain full inventory at all times. In the event of an out-of-stock situation, we will notify you promptly with an expected restock or delivery date.
Late Deliveries
Please notify LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. within 15 days if your shipment has not been received or is significantly delayed. We are unable to take responsibility for packages or shipping issues reported after 15 days of the expected delivery date.
PART 2: RETURNS, EXCHANGES & DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
General Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will assist you through the return process. The following conditions apply to all returns:
- We must be notified within 10 business days of receipt of your order
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging
- No return will be accepted without prior authorization
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- A 30% restocking fee applies
Note: Due to sanitation and health regulations, LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. cannot accept returns on any opened or used products. No exceptions.

In the event that a return is the result of our error, LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. will cover return shipping costs.
Merchandise Exchange
To request an exchange, contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened and in original packaging, with prior authorization. Return shipping fees apply.
Once your returned item has been inspected, you will receive an email confirmation and a merchandise credit voucher to apply toward your next purchase.
Damaged Merchandise
LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.
If you believe an item was damaged during shipping:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by phone (604-648-0838 or email (hello@lashbeautiquepro.com)
- Retain all original packaging materials — they are required for the carrier damage claim
- Do not discard any packaging until the claim is resolved
LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. reserves the right to replace the damaged item(s) or issue an in-store merchandise credit voucher. Prepaid return postage will be provided for all confirmed damage claims. We must be notified within 10 days of delivery to process a claim.
Returns Due to Customer Error
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, missing suite or unit number, or incorrect product selection by the customer, shipping and handling fees will apply. Once the returned item is received, please allow 48 hours for re-processing.
Shipment Refusal
If an order is returned because it was refused at delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee. Processing takes approximately 48 hours upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation email and a merchandise credit voucher for your next purchase.
Discontinued Products
No credits, refunds, or exchanges are available on discontinued products.
Unauthorized Third-Party Purchases
LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. will not honour any purchase made by an unauthorized third party. No exceptions will be made.
General Deadline
All product returns, exchanges, or shipping errors must be reported and resolved within 30 days of purchase.
