INSTRUCTIONS FOR CURB-SIDE PICK-UP: Monday to Thursday 10-4pm – Call 30 minutes prior to your arrival 604-648-0838, call us when you are here, describe your car / license place / location or pull up in the alley next to our back door. When we come out, pop your truck or we can put your order in the back seat.

Delivery Confirmation:

Once delivery confirmation becomes available, LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and contact information. All shipments require a signature for delivery for your protection. Please ensure you have items delivered to a location where you will be able to sign for the package.

Back Orders:

We strive to remain fully stocked on all products. Occasionally, supply and demand creates an ‘out of stock’ situation. Should this occur, we will notify you regarding the delay with an expected delivery date.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Merchandise

Returning products to LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply contact our representative and we will assist you with the process. We must be notified within 10 business days, and items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Note:

Due to sanitation & health regulations, LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. cannot accept returns once the package has been opened.

Returns:

LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. must be notified by phone (1-844-730-5274), or email lashbeautiquepro@gmail.com within ten (10) business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable and non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping charges. A thirty percent (30%) restocking fee applies. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging.

In the event that a return is a result of our error, we pay the return shipping.

Note: LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. will not honour any purchase(s) made by an “unauthorized” third party. No exceptions will be made.

Lost or Damaged Merchandise:

Please remember LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Be sure to fully inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If you believe that the item in question is damaged during transit, we must be notified by phone (1-844-730-5274), or email lashbeautiquepro@gmail.com within twenty-four (24) hours of package delivery.

It may be necessary for us to contact the shipping carrier immediately for damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials must be kept for this purpose. In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned along with packaging materials.

LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. reserves the right to either replace the item(s) delivered to shipping address on invoice, or offer an in-store voucher. For quality control purposes, all damaged merchandise must be returned, prepaid postage will be provided. In order to process, we must be notified within 10 days of delivery.

LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Once the package leaves our facilities, any issues are between the customer and shipping service chosen. LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. emails all tracking information to the email on file, please be sure to keep your account information updated.

To protect against loss or theft, select a secure address for package delivery, or, select signature-required to your order.

Merchandise Exchange:

LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. must be notified by phone (1-844-730-5274), or email lashbeautiquepro@gmail.com within ten (10) business days of receipt of your merchandise to grant an exchange. Orders over ten (10) days old are non-returnable or refundable. Return shipping fees apply. Once your item has been inspected, you will receive an email regarding your exchange including a merchandise credit voucher to be applied to your next purchase. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization . Items must be in unopened and in the original packaging.

Shipment of Adhesives:

Adhesives are temperature sensitive! During extreme cold or hot temperatures, LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. advises you to choose the Canada Post Express (2 days or less) shipping method. If the customer does not choose Express, LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. will not exchange or give store credit for the adhesive.

Returns due to Customer Error:

If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, shipping & handling fees apply. This includes errors in the product(s) selected. Once the item(s) are returned, please allow forty-eight (48) hours for re-processing.

Shipment Refusal:

If an order is returned due to being refused, you will be responsible for shipping charges and a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Returns are processing within forty-eight (48) hours upon receipt of the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email; including a merchandise credit voucher to be applied to your next purchase.

Note: All product returns, exchanges or shipping error must be resolved within 30 days of purchase.

Late Delivery:

Please notify LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. within 15 days if your shipment is late or has not been received. LBP Beauty Distribution Inc. will not be responsible for packages/shipping after 15 days unless we have been notified.

Discontinued Products:

No Credits, Refunds or Exchanges allowed.
